Privacy Policy
This page explains the information you may share with LIVBRIX when discussing a livestream studio project and the purposes for which it may be used.
Information you provide
You may provide your full name, company name, work email, WhatsApp number, country and city, studio type, estimated budget, target launch date and project description.
We also record your consent, the time of submission and the page from which you sent the inquiry. Optional fields can be left blank.
How information is used
Information shared for an inquiry is used to respond to your questions, understand the space and intended use, assess project requirements, and discuss suitable services or next steps.
Inquiry storage and protection
Studio Brief submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 for inquiry management and project assessment. The stored inquiry is the record used to review your request.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated abuse. We do not store your IP address or Turnstile verification token in the inquiry database.
If email notifications are enabled, a limited inquiry notification may be sent to a verified recipient to support follow-up.
Personal information is not for sale
LIVBRIX does not sell personal information. Any project-related sharing should be limited to the information needed to assess or deliver the requested work.
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of the information you have shared by sending a request through the Studio Brief contact page. Include the email address used for your inquiry and state that you are requesting deletion.
We may need to verify that the request relates to your information before acting on it.
Sharing room media
Share only information and media you have permission to provide. Avoid including passwords, financial account details, confidential documents or unnecessary personal information about other people. Check screens, paperwork and people visible in room photos or videos before sharing them.
External links and services
If you follow a link to another website or use a separate service to share files, review that service’s privacy information. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and policies.
